Arrival of Frédéric Soares, Director of Restructuring and Underperformance
BM&A announces the arrival of Frédéric Soares as Director within our Restructuring and Underperformance team.
His mission: working across France with the Restructuring team, he supports company directors and shareholders in designing and implementing effective turnaround plans.
His strength: 25 years of experience in management control and financial leadership roles, gained in firms, in industry as interim CFO for distressed companies, and in court-appointed administrator offices. This makes Frédéric a strategic partner for business leaders.
The Restructuring & Underperformance practice at BM&A is a team of 16 professionals, including 3 Partners, and benefits from strong synergies with other teams across the Group—Advisory and Operational Support, Financial Advisory, and more.
Our team’s role: providing support both for traditional restructuring needs such as IBRs, and for highly operational advisory and interim management assignments.
