In September, we announced the arrival of Julien Nguyen, Lead AI and Gen AI Director. Here are a few words about Julien. Julien has over 20 years of experience in process automation and digital transformation, specialising in AI. His mission at BM&A is to create value for our clients. ‘I assist our clients in transforming the AI concept into operational solutions.’ Within our teams, Julien works to transform our clients’ business needs into value-added operational solutions.
How? Through two main pillars:
- The adoption of technologies in our clients’ daily lives and according to their business needs: training in AI, tools, monitoring, change management.
- The sharing of use cases and the operational implementation of tailor-made solutions: design, development and project management of adapted solutions.
