Appointment: BM&A announces the co-opting of nine partners
BM&A, an innovative consulting and auditing group, has reached a new milestone in its development with the announcement of the co-opting of nine new partners. These appointments contribute to BM&A’s organic growth, focused on providing pragmatic, multidisciplinary and tailor-made solutions to its clients, both in France and internationally.
These new partners will strengthen the Consulting and Operational Support, Audit and Financial Advisory businesses, as well as the hubs in Paris, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (Lyon) and South-West France (Toulouse).
Beyond their respective areas of expertise, these nine partners embody BM&A’s core values: high standards of quality, teamwork, commitment to clients and BM&A’s 320 professionals to deliver, with pragmatism, the most appropriate solutions for each context and each challenge.
With these appointments, BM&A reaffirms its commitment to establishing itself as a key player in consulting and auditing, combining proximity, innovation and performance.

Stéphanie Bauby, Partner in charge of Consolidation at BM&A: A graduate of Audencia Business School, Stéphanie has been with BM&A for 14 years and oversees consolidation projects. She supports finance departments by providing production assistance to large groups, outsourcing services to listed and unlisted groups, and optimising consolidation processes across all sectors. In charge of the team and consolidation activities at the Lyon hub, she also runs the BM&A Consolidation Club, dedicated to all consolidation and reporting experts.
Mickaël François, Partner responsible for accounting support at BM&A: Drawing on his 15 years of experience in taxation, accounting and project management in consulting firms, and as a corporate finance manager, Mickaël works primarily with large groups and mid-sized companies, assisting them with their financial and regulatory challenges. In charge of BM&A’s Accounting Support division, he is committed to providing operational solutions to accounting and finance departments: outsourcing, managing complex accounting or optimisation projects, and providing transition solutions with his teams in Paris and Lyon.
Thomas Kersaho, Partner responsible for Strategy and Operational Performance at BM&A: Thomas has over 15 years of experience in finance, cross-functional operational roles, and management consulting. A graduate of the Institut Mines-Télécom, he has developed his expertise within organisations ranging from start-ups to SMEs, mid-cap companies, and international groups. Committed to working closely with clients, he supports the management teams of SMEs and mid-cap companies in the implementation of their strategic, organisational and operational initiatives, thereby contributing to their long-term growth and value creation. Responsible for our operational efficiency and strategic execution activities, Thomas also runs the Club Performance in Lyon.
Anne-Lise Duthu, Partner responsible for Audit and Financial Advisory Services at BM&A: A certified public accountant and auditor, Anne-Lise joined BM&A Lyon in 2020 after gaining initial experience at EY. With her expertise in audit and transaction services acquired in France and internationally, she supports a wide range of clients, from start-ups to large groups. She also actively contributes to the dynamism of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes office and the development of the Audit division: training employees, developing the audit approach and strengthening ties with our international partner firms.
Rémi Laberenne, Partner in charge of financial advisory services at BM&A: Rémi joined BM&A 13 years ago. An expert in transaction services and restructuring, Rémi puts his expertise at the service of investment funds and companies in all sectors. Now head of the BM&A South-West hub in Toulouse after more than 10 years in Paris, he combines financial analysis with operational challenges to support our clients throughout France in their strategic challenges.
Mohamed Lakhmiri, Partner responsible for Audit and Financial Advisory Services at BM&A: A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Mohamed has been with BM&A for 14 years. A recent graduate of the DEC programme, he divides his time between auditing and consulting, acting as a statutory auditor for large accounts and SMEs or supporting finance departments on consolidation, internal control, financial and IT consulting assignments. Mohamed is actively involved in the firm’s internal projects, particularly the digitisation of audit tools and the integration of AI into the audit process.
Stéphane Marande, Partner in charge of Financial Advisory / Valuation and Appraisal at BM&A: An engineer by training and co-creator of the Fairness Finance assessment tool, Stéphane joined BM&A’s Paris office in 2016 after gaining extensive experience in market risk premium calculation, financial valuation and independent expertise. He stands out for his innovative approach and his key role in complex assignments such as fairness opinions for transactions subject to AMF approval, the valuation of complex financial instruments and asset valuation.
Aurélie Messian, Partner responsible for Audit and Financial Advisory Services at BM&A: After gaining initial experience in the accounting department at Novances and spending six years in the key account audit department at PwC, Aurélie joined the BM&A Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes team in 2018. She has cross-functional experience in accounting and financial due diligence for small and mid-cap transactions and also works on statutory audit assignments for listed and unlisted entities. Aurélie holds a Master’s degree in Finance from IAE Lyon and is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
Sandra Rodrigues, Partner responsible for Audit and Financial Advisory Services at BM&A: Sandra joined BM&A in 2008. A graduate of EM Normandie, she now has 15 years of experience in auditing and financial consulting and oversees statutory and contractual audit assignments. Also recognised for her expertise in operational support, she assists finance departments with assistance, ad hoc support and interim management assignments. Sandra is actively involved in implementing cross-functional working within the Audit/CF division in Paris.
