BM&A builds on its ambitions: Guilhem de Montmarin appointed Managing Director
BM&A, an independent international consulting and audit firm, announces the appointment of Guilhem de Montmarin, Head of Financial Advisory, as Managing Director. He joins Alexis Thura and Éric Seyvos, both Managing Directors, under the chairmanship of Erwan Lirin.
This appointment marks a new milestone in the trajectory of BM&A (which has 9 offices worldwide and an international alliance, BM&A Global Alliance) as it continues to roll out its activities in France and abroad. Guilhem’s key responsibilities will include supporting the development of newly promoted partners and structuring the group’s future governance for the long term.
Having been with BM&A for many years and already a member of the Executive Committee (EXCOM), Guilhem de Montmarin has contributed significantly to the growth of the Financial Advisory practice and to supporting numerous business leaders, investors, and finance departments through their strategic transactions. His appointment reflects the group’s confidence in his ability to prepare BM&A for the future on solid foundations, combining growth, independence, and a close client relationship.

Guilhem de Montmarin – Managing Director: A graduate of ESSCA, a chartered accountant, and a registered statutory auditor, Guilhem de Montmarin began his career in audit and Transaction Services before joining BM&A, where he played an active role in developing the Financial Advisory division.
Specialising in transaction services, he supports BM&A’s clients through growth, acquisition, disposal, and transformation projects. He has worked for many years alongside business leaders, shareholders, and investors. Renowned for his deep understanding of the challenges facing SMEs, mid-caps, and international groups, he has helped make Financial Advisory one of the pillars of BM&A’s growth.
As Managing Director, his role will be to maintain this growth momentum, enhance the firm’s international standing, and support newly admitted partners over the coming years.
