BM&A governance evolves: two appointments
The BM&A Group today announces two appointments. These mark a significant development in our governance, designed to support the Group’s new dimension, and illustrate the firm’s desire to structure its development ambitions.
Sandra Dujardin joins the Management Committee.
A partner at BM&A since 2012 and co-head of consolidation and reporting, Sandra brings 25 years of experience to bear in supporting our clients. Her cross-functional approach has been shaped by her diverse career path, which includes positions as consolidation director for a group listed in France and the US, as well as roles in audit and consulting firms. Her appointment will bring a fresh perspective to the Management Committee and enable us to continue to respond with agility to the challenges faced by our clients and the firm.
Guilhem de Montmarin takes charge of the group’s financial advisory activities.
Already a member of the Executive Committee and in charge of Transaction Services activities at our eight hubs in France and abroad, he succeeds Alexis Thura, who will now focus entirely on implementing the group’s strategic ambitions, particularly internationally.

The Management Committee now brings together six partners around Erwan Lirin, Chairman of the group, who focus on cross-functional issues that are key to supporting the group’s growth momentum:

A graduate of ESG, Sandra joined the BM&A group in 2012, bringing with her experience in consolidated accounts and process organisation in groups of all sizes. With 25 years of experience in reporting and consolidation, gained in companies and audit firms, Sandra has held positions including consolidation director for a group listed in France and the United States, and manager in the consolidation department of an international audit firm.
Guilhem de Montmarin, Partner, Head of Financial Advisory Services
Guilhem is a chartered accountant and certified public accountant who graduated from ESSCA. He began his career in 2007 in auditing. In 2010, he joined EY’s Transaction Services department, where he worked for nine years before joining BM&A in May 2019. For more than 15 years, he has been assisting his clients, including investment funds, asset management companies and large groups, with their investment, external growth and capital reorganisation projects. Guilhem specialises in small and mid-cap transactions and has several references in Europe and the United States.
