BM&A governance is evolving: two appointments announced

BM&A Group today announces two appointments. These mark a significant evolution in our governance, aimed at supporting the Group’s new scale, and reflect the firm’s commitment to structuring its growth ambitions.

Sandra Dujardin joins the Executive Committee.

A Partner at BM&A since 2012 and co-head of the consolidation and reporting practice, Sandra brings 25 years of experience in supporting our clients. Her cross-functional approach stems from a diverse career, including roles in industry—where she served as Head of Consolidation for a listed group in France and the US—as well as in audit and advisory firms. Her appointment will bring fresh perspective to the Executive Committee and help us continue to respond with agility to the challenges faced by our clients and the firm.

Guilhem de Montmarin takes over leadership of the Group’s Financial Advisory activities.

Already a member of the Executive Committee and head of Transaction Services across our eight hubs in France and abroad, he succeeds Alexis Thura, who will now fully focus on implementing the Group’s strategic ambitions, particularly internationally.

Erwan Lirin, President of BM&A:

“These appointments reflect BM&A’s strong growth momentum. This new organisational structure demonstrates our commitment to evolving our governance in order to better anticipate tomorrow’s challenges, prepare for future ambitions, and support the transformation of our industry. We firmly believe that the complementary backgrounds and perspectives within our leadership team will be a major asset for our clients and for our continued development.”

The Executive Committee now brings together, alongside Erwan Lirin, President of the Group, six Partners focused on key cross-functional issues to support the Group’s growth momentum:

  • Eric Seyvos, Partner, Managing Director, responsible for Audit activities
  • Alexis Thura, Partner, Managing Director, responsible for Group development
