Arrival of Mélanie Blanchetière, Executive Director – Transaction Services
BM&A is strengthening its Transaction Services business in Rennes with the arrival of Mélanie Blanchetière as Executive Director. Mélanie works across the entire western region, supporting deals in close collaboration with local executives and ecosystems.
Her mission at BM&A:
- To provide demanding TS expertise aligned with investor standards, working closely with clients
- To secure equity investments thanks to in-depth technical expertise in financial matters.
- Supporting clients before and after deals to ensure reliable operational management by drawing on cross-functional skills
Her strength: as a chartered accountant with extensive experience in financial consulting, Mélanie has developed cross-functional expertise in accounting and financial due diligence, auditing, management and taxation for small and mid-cap companies.
The TS team provides local support to executives, investment funds and investors in their external growth or divestment operations, offering them cutting-edge expertise in financial due diligence, both pre- and post-deal, to accelerate value creation from day one.
